Title: Scraplift A Page
Hostess: Wendy B. (scs: wendella247)
Keyword: LOVEVSBN05
Day/Date: Sat., February 9, 2013
Time: 10 A.M. EST
Good morning everyone! Are you ready for a fun-filled day of scrapping?? I cant wait, so lets get started!
This challenge can be done by both digi and traditional scrappers!
I always find so many pages that I favorite to scraplift (CAS) but dont seem to get back to do my own version very often. I loved doing this challenge way back in 2009, so I chose THIS CHALLENGE (DGC041) for my re-run!
THE CHALLENGE:
Pick a page in anyone elses gallery (or one that you already have in your favorites) to scraplift.
THE ONLY RULE:
-If youre a digi-scrapper, pick a traditional (non-digi) page to lift.
-If youre a traditional scrapper, then pick a digi-scrapped page to "lift."
(If you need some ideas and don't know where to find some digi-scrappers' samples, the Digi scrap challenge threads can be found here)
Traditional challenges can be found here .
-----
The traditional page I chose to scrapliftby Patti (princessp1971).
My SAMPLEdigital page.
Please post links to both pages: 1) The page you picked to lift AND- 2) Your page.
Here is the GALLERY Love VSBN05 for this challenge.
...and, please leave a little luv for everyone!

I am kind of overwhelmed right now. I have photos everywhere and can't decide which page to lift and which photos! And then I had computer problems. As soon as I figure out everything, I will do a page! LOL

Oh bother....
I am a traditional scrapper by nature and by heart. I have a passion for paper and get easily frustrated with digi scrapping. Wendy has been, truly the only one, who can spark my interest enough to give digi "one more try!" So this one is for you WENDY!

I know it's overwhelming for me too! That's why I'm glad we have a week to get 'em done!
Cranked out another page. I don't think I've scrapped this many pages in one weekend since my last scrapbook retreat a year ago! This challenge was hard. I love the layout I lifted, but it was tough getting everything sized and lined up right. I'm starting to think digi-scrappers have it easy: easy to re-size things, easy to move things around until your page look just right, no worries about gluing something down and then having to peel it up because it's crooked, etc. Too bad I have too much stuff I would have to use up before I ever switched to digi. :(
Joyce Ann--I love your page--thanks for using one of my pages to lift too!
Cheryl, I have TONS of traditional scrapping stuff around from pads of papers to punches, diecuts to a heat embossing tool. I love those products too, and can't bear to part with anything. I still use it all sometimes, but my heart belongs to digi, for some of the reasons you listed, but also because my hands don't work well anymore and it's just not the fun it once was to work with traditional stuff too often. Thanks for doing my challenge--your pages always turn out great!
Terri I look forward to seeing what you come up with...when...you get some time!
I'm using this digi layout here . love all the clustered embelli's.
