As I said before, clutter comes in many forms. We've been dealing with physical clutter and for the most part, is easy to toss...I mean...it goes OUT.
So...how do you toss the mental clutter. How do you silence that negative voice in your head?
I think the first & most important step is STOP! Recognize it's negative & STOP! Think.
Then what...how do you keep it from coming back?
