Gosh Nancy, I know how you feel with driving in the snow. My Mom was from California and moved to Indiana when she married my Daddy. She never did get used to the snow and cold weather, and always hated to have to drive in it. She sure was happy when we moved down here.
We got lots of rain today close to 4 inches which we need very badly. Supposed to be clear and 60 degrees tomorrow here.

60! DD is 7 hours away and still in the same state and she said it was 63!
We were having a drought last year so the snow is good. I don't mind the snow. Just don't like driving in it while it's snowing. I don't blame your mom!
