I've been on the Wii at least 3 days a week... usually more. Next week I will add running or bicycling in the afternoon on top of the 90 min morning workout.
Bob and I have a challenge. The one of us who loses the most when he comes back in 3 weeks gets an extra $50. with my trip in April coming up, I could use that.
