OK, I'm Chinese, and I have no idea what those characters when put together that way mean. And the way the characters are written, it's like it's missing a stroke here and there.
Thank you all for your help. I also e-mailed Stampabilities and hopefully they will have an answer. Wish all companies would put an English translation on their stamp sticker when using a foreign word or symbol.
