I want to run a strip of thin organza ribbon across the front of a card. Can I use Scor Tape to keep the ribbon in place? I ask because organza is sheer, and while I did a trial with a scrap and it looks okay, I am concerned that the Scor Tape will somehow discolor over time, or the glue will seep through the sheer ribbon and ruin the card.
Thanks.

I keep a little bin of talcum powder and a make-up brush in the hobby room and use it on anything that might have some residual tackiness. Just be sure to shake off all excess.
But will the ribbon get tacky from the Scor Tape? In my little test I did with a scrap, the ribbon seemed fine. And with a grosgrain, I wouldn't worry, but the organza is sheer.
