Morning!! Today is Archer's birthday party! I read The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown yesterday. So good! She says often we fall asleep thinking about all the things we didn't get done and wake up thinking we didn't get enough sleep and we start the day feeling behind. So. I'm not behind, I'm grateful for coffee, and I went back to bed for a little while. Archer had me up from 3-4 and Ezra was up before 7.
so..I wonder if we fell asleep thinking about all that we got done that day, if we would sleep better and feel more positive, refreshed and energized in the AM?
