Steve was wanting to get Seth a book or something. Seth has been lifting weights for a few months and Steve thought it might good for him to have a certain program to follow.
No... my oldest has had a goal of going to the Olympics for 2 years now. So, everything we are doing is trying to get him there. Now, my youngest is saying he wants to change bow styles so he can make a run for the Olympics too.
They are still too young to lift weights (per our dr.)... so we have taken the requirements to make the junior dream team & have adapted them. They can do push ups, so they are doing 200+ a day!
