Here's a link, but I'm not sure I understand the question (and I don't think it's posted in the best place for people to respond to as this section is for actual tutorials, I think).
As she says, it's a sheet of card trimmed to 10 1/2 inches wide, and probably 8 1/2 high, scored at 3 1/2 and 7 inches, with the stamping angled upwards and then fussy cut. With the markings on the Scor-Pal you wouldn't even need to trim the card down, as it has marks for scoring brochures which score a letter page in 3 e evenly.
