Today, we are using cork! Cork, why cork? I don't know, it just sounded good.
I found some cork trading cards that I was able to die cut for my project. Don't have any, don't worry! Go ahead and rogue the cork out of that wine bottle and get creative with it.
I have attached my sample below.

Oh how FUN! I actually have some sheet cork on hand and have never used it for cards, just for the bottoms of stamped coasters. I've seen cork on cards and think it looks great. Thanks for the challenge - this will be fun!

Ha! I just put cork into my shopping basket the other day, but it will be at least a couple of weeks before that progresses into an order, and even longer till it gets here.
Does the cork floor mat that I use for my piercing mat count ;-).
Nah, I'm sure I can find a wine cork and at least use it to stamp with.
Well, I had a nice run through all my stamping supplies this morning before I finally found my cork! Thanks for the challenge and the reminder of how far I have to go in cleaning up my studio! Thoughts Along the Shore
Toni- awesome challenge! I was working on this nautical card last night, and needed "something special" to finish it- so cork worked perfectly here! I used SU's Matey Map jumbo wheel and Boatloads of Love stamp set- and added a multi layered tag for some dimensionality. Here's Trusty Tugboat

Love using cork now!! Thought this would make nice "rocks" for my woodland scene. I used SU's Olive You, and TPC Studio's Camp clear set. I recently got a bunny for a pet, and I sometimes call him "love bug" as a term of endearment Here's In the Woods

OK I created cork. I didn't have any. I am sure some will turn up in the next few days, but it was nowhere to be found today, so we have Faux Cork. Here's my card.
I found this cute dino stamp today in a thrift store- and combined it with tan dp, a brown coffee sleeve, and a blue index card. Added my cork element, with some bling. Sentiment comes from TPC Studio's Camp stamp set. Here's Baby Dino
