I don't cook with any seasoning...and I use sliced chicken for supper tonight then in other meals this week after I debone it.
Tonight I will put the bones in the same bag overnight with water to cook on low until tomorrow morning when I will drain the bones. Put it in the fridge to cool then store in freezer bags...use it to make my own chicken condense for hot dishes or gravy..
Oh...I do put the chicken in frozen...or thawed...doesn't seem to matter...
