Inspiration Challenge 372 ~ Sana Designer Ware

This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge comes from the gorgeous clothing of Sana Designer Ware … remember, there are so many things that can inspire you about a design … the style, patterns, colors … let your mind run free.

For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many choices, I’ve uploaded five of my favorites … so just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration.

The rest of you, remember to let us know which item from Sana Designer Ware that inspired you.

I have asked Dawn ( dawnmercedes ) to join me in making an additional card to inspire you.

Use the keyword: IC372 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.

How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!

Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Stef- such a cool site, thanks! I was inspired by the lovely green and pink dress CW020 and used SU's Baby Firsts and Olive You sets, along with a Great Impressions stamp of a baby with his book at bedtime. My stamping buddy Mary Ellen gave me this wonderful lacy card from SU- along with the spray painted pink doily I used as an underlayer. My background is embossed with Cuttlebug's Swiss Dots EF, and I added a SU rose and a blue gingham tie/brad combo. Here's Baby Love Note

I was inspired by the the lovely turquoise dress and used SU's Travel Time for my images, along with Inkadinkado's Travel Words. Added a flattened bottle cap- ran through my Big Shot with some sturdy cardboard- with the sharp edges digging in this cardboard- and mounted my Mountain Parkway image on top. This card is in memory of our wonderful car trips with our kids as they were growing up- to WA, NV, and MT. Here's Family Car Trip
