You'll find that many of us do. Some combinations of paper, ink and colouring medium do work better than others for a pleasing result. You've identified water colour paper and watercolour paints as your two choises you'd like to work with. Now you need to find out which would be the best ink to stamp your image. Someone will be able to chime in with some suggestions I'm sure.
