Silhouette Portrait--can't access 50 freebies!

I just got a Portrait yesterday and can't wait to start playing with it. I was hoping to spend the evening practicing resizing images, manipulating images, etc, but I can't get the free ones that come with it to show up in my library. Any suggestions?

Do they have to be downloaded from the website or do they come on a CD to install? I've had a silhouette so long I can't remember how I received my first images.

If you type 50 in the search box you'll find some free files that will get you started at least. Some are really cute.

This is a known issue with Silhouette. Here are the steps you need to follow and all of your shapes will be restored:

1. Open the Silhouette Studio software
2. Go to the “File” menu (PC) or “Silhouette Studio” menu (Mac)
3. Select “Preferences”
4. Select “Advanced”
5. Select “Restore the initial 51 designs”
