It IS really hard to keep them clean! I have 2 sets....so I try to rotate them often...but mom fell down on the job...BOTH sets are/were dirty...they are in the wash right now!

I had a rare night of bad sleep. Usually...5 or 7 hours I sleep hard....but last night...about 5 1/2 and it wasn't good hard sleep...kind of awake a lot ....felt like the beginnings of dizziness most of the night.....
fine today...no dizzies....
