hello all my crafty buddies! for those who water color can you give me a brand of black marker (skinny tip) for drawing my shape to color? Or do I use pencil and then go over with marker when the color is dry?
I am planning on using my SU crayons with a wet brush.

Su, I usually only watercolor stamped images. And for those I use Stazon ink pads. Maybe there is a Stazon marker? I honestly do not have the answer for you. Maybe someone else will have the answer.
My dad used to use either pencil (and not black the lines in, for a more watercolour look), or any waterproof fineliner black marker for his outlines. Pilot have some good ones, and Staedtler, but once it says waterfast you're good to go. Over here the tips are graded in millimetres which probably isn't the same for you, so I don't know if I can advise on fineness. But I do know that my finest one is thinner than most stamped outlines. Try before you buy, I'd say!
Sharpie makes a fine-point marker that I use in my art journals with wet media. It works really well. I also have Zig Millennium and Micron pens that are waterproof, and they come in finer point sizes.
My dh bought me the sharpee fine point the other day, I will try it. I love micron pens, maybe I will get one of these too. I am not sure how fine I want the pen as I haven't done this before. I am going to try some mixed media with drawing and watercolor when I get brave
Sabrina, I am trying to convince my daughter to let us take her to Ireland this summer. we told her we would take her anywhere, she is leaning towards Spain, I am nervous about travelling without knowing the language not as brave as I was in my younger days.

I do understand about the language. Our first time on mainland Greece (as opposed to the islands, where tourism is so important and almost everybody speaks English unless you're off the tourist trail), I well remember our problems trying to find the right bay at the bus terminal, never mind trying to explain what stop we wanted to get off at in the town we were going to. And I'd been really practicing my Greek coming up to that trip :shock:.
