I use pork...season it with pork spices, beef season it with montreal steak spice, veal and season it with spicy pepper melody, throw it in a crust and bake. so it all depends on what is on sale as to what I put in it..never the same twice

looking to make ragout aux boulettes (meatball stew) but it calls for a pork hock and grumpy (my son) does NOT like the idea of that being in it!
