But if you do a lot of photo cropping you kinda want to see it before you cut. So if you're going through a lifetime of old photos I can see it saving time. ETA - Assuming it's sturdy, I'd way rather get a punch for $30 than a die for $20. Punching is a zillion times faster. PTI and MFT both sell the 3x4 dies.
yeah...it's still gonna put ya out $15 with a 50% mike's Q. still too much for me. For photos, you can always use a 3 x 4 piece of transparency...I use a ruler to eyeball...
agree with the choice of punch over die if ya got a zillion photos to punch.
but IDK...seemed to be like another ruse for my $$.
