Simon Says Stamps!

I ordered from this member company late last week. I received my order today. Not bad with a holiday on Tuesday. I am in California and Simon Says Stamps! is in Ohio. The label also thanks the buyer, 'We value and appreciate your business!' and there was a card of rhinestone embellies included.

This was my first order from this company but I will shop there again. Very impressed with the speed of delivery, completeness of order and the show of value for their customer.

Yes, I have had very good service with them too and I am in Canada so fair shipping prices are also important and I felt they were very fair.

I am a Simon fan also. They have nearly everything you would want, post pretty quickly and will post overseas at reasonable rates. I received an order last week and have another ready to go .. just need to make sure I haven't forgotten anything!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Simon Says Stamp! For all the same reasons already mentioned. I'm definitely a repeat customer. Plus I use their site as my wish list for my own shopping as well as when others want to get me birrhday /Christmas gifts.

I am in Canada and like I said above, shipping costs really make the decision to buy or not for me. SS is so reasonable.
I wanted to buy stamps from another company and they are not cheap to begin with but I refuse to pay another $21. to have it shipped.

I wish I had this same good experience with Simon Says. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear anything from them. I'm in the midwest, so a package from Ohio should not take this long. I took an on-line card class and they were a recommended seller. I purposely waited until the class was over and before the next class begins in the hopes that it would arrive quickly.

I am sorry to read that you have not had a good experience with us on the order you mentioned. It certainly is not typical for an order to take that long within the US! I have sent you a private message to see what we can do to resolve this for you..

They used to have free shipping with a $75 order to Canada. I don't think they offer that anymore, though. I have no problem at all finding $75 to buy at SSS. Wonderful service.

Update: I called Simon Says Stamps and left a message and they got back to me today. They were waiting for one of the items I ordered to arrive. They called back later today and said my order was shipped.

I am in Finland and I buy most of my supplies from SSS. Great selection and good shipping charges for international customers.
I save so much buying my supplies directly from the U.S. because the prices in Europe are much much higher.
