4 X 6 inch address book template

I want to make a gift for my sister, an address book as she always seems to loose her infomation. Do any of you have a template to make this or know where on line I can find one?

Hi Jnine,

What type of information were you looking for on the address book. I frequently use Adobe InDesign to make forms and such. I could possibly make something up for you.

I find that a lot of the address books are so small they hardly leave space to add your information in it... I would do one person's information per page.......
