Shelled a bunch of almonds and toasted them before shutting off the oven for the night. Tomorrow I am also helping our 5th grade class make gingerbread houses with their 1st grade buddies . Wednesday is the same with 3rd grade, then Thursday I have regular class time then helping at the Jingle Jog before the kids finish for the break at 11.35. Phew.
