I make all of mine. I laminate cardstock sheets. My laminating pouches come from Sams (Royal sovereign brand 200 pouches for just over $20.) Cardstock is your choice. I use the georgia pacific from walmart but you could use one a bit heavier to make really stiff pages.
Mine don't go in a binder. I use half sheets and they go in a page protector and into a drawer.

This is interesting! I don't know anything about laminating. Do the pouches go in a machine?
