I like what you say about not devaluing what you do by questioning the worth of it. If creating makes you happy and fulfilled (after the frustrating bits!!) it's worth it. If it gives pleasure to someone else, doubly so. I know people who have kept the Christmas cards I send and get them out each year, a growing collection
If having twenty pairs of shoes makes someone feel happy and fulfilled, then that's worth it to them, even if it's not what I'd choose! Me, I think being creative satisfies the soul in way that shopping doesn't.
