Susan, don't feel bad. Last week I had DH go into the credit union to withdraw money to split between both sons for Christmas. Then the following week I get a note that my life insurance co. couldn't pull the money out for my quarterly policy because I didn't have enough money in there to cover it!! I figured out where I made the mistake, but I had to run to the credit union and deposit money, then call the ins. co. and ask them to try again! They were so nice and asked if there was anything else they could do to help, and I said no, I just felt foolish because I have never done this before and she reassured me I wasn't the first and won't be the last! Same with you, you aren't the first to mess up an appt. and won't be the last.
