I bought a whole strip of ribbon candy at the bulk food store. All the flavours were in the same bin, but I bought one I thought was peppermint. Its not. Its like a licorice type flavour - maybe anise. Don't think it is clove. Its not that I don't like it and won't eat it, but I was anticipating sitting down and munching a nice bit of peppermint candy. And now I'm disappointed.
Oh well, have to go to the mall tomorrow to pick up a present that has come in, and I think that I will need to find me some peppermint ribbon candy or a giant candy cane or something.
