Oh that was yummy. When we were so late at work, I commented to colleague that I really didn't feel like cooking dinner, but as I'd had soup for lunch and dinner every day this week (except Tues. dinner), I was a bit tired of it and didn't really want to come home and cook with it being so late, but didn't want to go to the store either.
Colleague suggested I go shopping at the frozen food place in the building next to the office. They do sell quite a lot of things I can eat, butt I just so seldom think of going there. Fabulous idea. I bought frozen fried & breaded fish fillets. They ended up actually being proper fillets, not that horrid minced formed stuff. I enjoyed it.
Of course, it is now nearly 9 and I have accomplished nothing.
