I'm in although it depends on whether I've had my eye surgery or not...for more clarification, RT is located in the same complex as the Macaroni Grill and Mimi's...there's a Starbucks next to it...coming off of Hwy 50 on Scott Rd/E. Bidwell, turn left on Broadstone and right at the first driveway...
For those that want to participate..bring a wrapped Christmas tree ornament for an Ornament exchange. Again, it's not required, just something FUN to do.
Hi, Y'all!!
Catching up on the thread...I got my sample card done...think I'll start prepping the kits...it involves quite a bit of cutting...just a couple more weeks...
My kits are done...listening to Christmas music sure helps...
I do love me some christmas music! I got all my holiday music finally put on my ipod so now there's no escaping it and my tree's up and house is decorated...
I haven't started yet for this swap... my son and I are joining some family for a day at disneyland tomorrow, yay!
We have just a few more days before we stop sign-ups. I'll email everyone this weekend with the final count.
Speaking of weekend, is everyone ready for a very wet weekend? We are suppose to go get our tree...hopefully the rain stops long enough for us to get it cut down and be on our way.
I hope everyone weathered the storm. We had some minor flooding in our backyard, but was able to move the drain cover around and it started draining out to the street. Thankfully nothing blew away.
Well, our swap is now closed. You will bring 8 kits plus 1 completed sample to the swap and a wrapped ornament if you would like to participate in our ornament exchange.
I will also send out an email to everyone as well.
I'm off to finish decorating the tree and house so I can work on my cards this week.
thanks candice, i will have to start my swaps soon!! today was gonna be the day but then it just got away from me somehow...
not too bad here, just the usual swamp in the backyard plus a few ponds ;)
Hello, ladies... I know it's pretty last minute and I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop out this time around. My daughter just had major back surgery and I've been spending a lot of time at her house taking care of her. Not being home makes it difficult to get my own stuff done. I'll catch you next time.
Hi Linda-No problem! I hope her recovery is quick. My father had back surgery a few years ago and it was a long healing process for him. We will miss you and we hope to see you in February.

Hi ladies, if you don't already have a good strong adhesive in your kits, please bring one for tomorrow. There are a lot of layers on my card so I want to make sure everyone's card holds together. See you tomorrow!
