Default Did you buy a "seconds" Scrapbox Workbox?

I got an email yesterday from The Original Scrapbox and they advertised that they have "seconds" on the Black Flat Panel Workbox (which is what I'm looking to buy) for $1195.

It states that....."Factory second units have some small factory defects, but these units all function and work properly, but they do take a little longer for you to assemble. We provide the hardware and information to help you assemble these"

For those who have bought the "seconds", what was "wrong" with yours and how long did it take to assemble? I've heard and viewed youtube videos of people putting it together and it looks like a bear to begin with, I can't imagine putting on extra work on top of an already big job.

I did ask my brother to help put it together (he's a carpenter).

Any advise on whether I get this one or the one of off Amazon for $1495?

And if anyone reading this bought theirs already assembled, how much extra did it cost you? (if you don't mind me asking)

I'm not sure if this is of any help to you, but my husband, who is NOT a hands on kind of guy at all, was able to assemble my scrapbox in about 4 hours. Now, my scrapbox was not a seconds item, but I wanted to tell you that it was easy to put together and it even came with a video as well as step by step directions.

Does the one on Amazon come with a warranty?

Good question. I'll have to go look now.
