I took the turkey meat and added it to some butternut squash soup, with some rice from Thanksgiving- then added some powdered curry and ground black pepper. Even threw in some washed orange peels for a little zing! It sure is nice to have something easy on hand to eat
I've been making holiday cards and spending time with the family- tomorrow, back to our usual schedule!
I haven't had any turkey since Thursday, but I 'm looking forward to making a pot pie with the leftover tomorrow.
