Tried some benedryl with my Advil, and then tried Advil PM and the dumb benedryl in it kept me up ALL NIGHT both nights - went to sleep at 7 am till 11 am that day!! Now I am experimenting with melatonin and my regular Advil - so far 2 nights has not helped but still working on it!
