You actually use graham flour, if I remember correctly. That's what gives them that texture and "grahamy" taste LOL!
And I quit making all my own bread when I hit the 25 lb weight gain LOL!

I used to have a personal "rule" about not using mixes. I would never make a cake from a mix for instance. But I've broken that rule enough times as I grew older and lazier. I hated to buy a bread machine because I thought that was "cheating" but I still won't buy a mix for the bread machine. Making bread by hand is a lot more fun though.
