Oh my, that does sound delicious, Dina. We eat a lot of Indian but I think at the moment I'm in a lighter Vietnamese/Indonesian/Thai mode. My Far Eastern Cookery book is getting a good workout these days.
Gail's Prune Whip sounds lovely too, I might try that!!
Laughing at superjen and her mashed butter. Spotting her signature the other day and reflecting on the amount of butter I'd used that morning made me think I must ask one of the guys in work if he's ever tried making Joel Robuchon's mashed potatoes.
