Oh my, that does sound delicious, Dina. We eat a lot of Indian but I think at the moment I'm in a lighter Vietnamese/Indonesian/Thai mode. My Far Eastern Cookery book is getting a good workout these days.

Laughing at superjen and her mashed butter. Spotting her signature the other day and reflecting on the amount of butter I'd used that morning made me think I must ask one of the guys in work if he's ever tried making Joel Robuchon's mashed potatoes
