Dini, I saw the question asked earlier about where you actually live but I never did see an answer. What country are you in? Love the sound of the seasonings for this squash. I have a butternut squash recipe that has shrimp and coconut milk in it and it's great. So lemongrass, etc. sounds wonderful too.
