WW is a good program. They usually have great sign-up specials in January. Something to keep in mind.
Not sure what pre-packaged foods you are talking about with her recipes. So far in her cookbook that I bought, I don't really see anything pre-packaged except normal stuff like turkey bacon or egg substitute - stuff like that. She does use Splenda a lot, but I don't care for that because I can taste the after taste from it, so I just use my regular Florida Crystals.

I looked online today and there is a meeting place not too far from where I work. I'm thinking of starting the first week in December.
