my last bunch of cards I sold on line ( a year ago Halloween to a gal in Spain... the mail did not bother to deliver them to her until this years Easter) so... maybe ask where she lives too? ( like in what country) I've been told from our local PO that mailing to Spain and Italy are sometimes ( they never know it will get delivered)
Well done on selling so much in your booth, Stacy, that sounds like a worthwhile investment of your time when you think of all the stamps you can get!! Glad to hear the Thanksgiving ones sold in the end
Spain, oh yes!! Even from here mail to Spain is terrible. I have friends there both permanent residents and second-homers, and I need to send birthday/Christmas cards so far in advance, and even then they don't always arrive, so sometimes I just go electronic to ensure a definite delivery. I never had trouble with Italy, though - used to have a regular correspondence going with a friend teaching down in the South.
