I can eat dairy products and eggs (2-3 per week), and that's been my protein recently.
Can you have fish or nuts? That is a lot of restrictions! I only eat kosher meat, my husband is diabetic and doesn't eat red meat, and for a few months I was off dairy. We were one food allergy away from being the worst dinner guests.
