I recently saw some stencils at a craft store that were for this very thing, except the holes were punched out in graduating sizes for the pearl paint dots to be squeezed through. My studio floor is ablaze with bling because my butterfingers can't manage to hold onto those itty-bitty crystals. I've even used tweezers and still can't manage, so thot I'd give this a try.
