Thanks. I'm so very frustrated. The tech guy tried to get me to do a couple of things, but I explained to him - in a very nice way - that I didn't want to deal with any of it any longer. I know that, sometimes, there are lemons in every merchandise field .... and I got one this time. We've had 4 Dell desktops and 8 Dell laptops ... we're very Dell-loyal. We've never had issues like this before. So, I requested a replacement. That, of course, has to be approved, and we're waiting on the approval. He's going to call as soon as he gets it. It may take 2 weeks to get the new system, though.
