The pain you felt in your shoulder is from the gas that is used to "blow up" your abdomen. Walking as much as you can will help the gas get absorbed and pass. You may notice that you pass a lot more gas either through burping or other ways (I know, yuck) but the gas must get out somehow.

It's been a month since my surgery and I feel great. Couldn't even tell I had surgery other than no more periods and the issues that went along with them. Yea!!!
