Yes - you helped us find the problem. Kittie is a Fan Club member - so you get notified right away. On non-FC members you only get notified when the upload is approved, and when they come through, they come through with the moderator's name on them, not the uploader's name. We give our gallery moderators Sunday off so you're never going to get a notification on Sunday.
