need help finding a company name

Hi,

I am looking that makes this stamp. it is 2 3/4" x 3 1/4". it is called "Fall branch out framed tree"

it has a line around the stamps, like a border. it has tree branches and like snowflakes in the backgound.

has anyone seen anything like this? i tried a couple of companies but can't find it.
