Do you have a gas furnace or electric? We have always had gas and never a problem. Only twice we had to have the furnace replaced because it was cracked.
That is strange that it keeps breaking. Furnaces usually last a long time.
Do you have a wood or pellet stove? I have pellet stove in my garage, LOL. We had to take it out when we moved since it wasn't considered desirable. Boy was it nice though. We didn't install it in the new house. So it sits in the garage. I want to sell it.
