For October I have 1 Anniversary, but I am not too sure if I need a card. It is my X husbands brother and his wife. Her I am still friends with. Well only sorta. We can visit for hours when she is at X MIL (whom I am very close to yet) Only been divorced from that family since 1993! LOL
I used to make a card and put the kid;s names in it, but come on! They are in their 20's now...should I still be doing this?
I do however have 7 b'days.....and some of my b'days I keep track of are from that family too!
I have 5 October birthdays and will surely have some encouragement cards to send. I've been having so much fun with the HYCCT cards that I may not get back here much. So far I'm 5 for 5 on the HYCCT challenges. I won't be able to keep up that pace all month, but I'm sure going to try.
Meanwhile here are some generic cards I made for today's sketch challenge.
Wow! I feel so blessed this week as I received two phone calls today thanking me for a birthday card and cancer encouragement card! And yesterday I got a little note card thanking me for a birthday card. I know my cards are appreciated, but it's rare to get this much feedback all at once. It really is a good feeling and a great encouragement to me to continue sending cards.
Very relieved to have our Grandsons 4th Birthday card finished for the post on Monday.
He�s mad about planets, saturn especially so I think he will be pleased.
I�m on a bit of a roll as these have been in the pipeline for a couple of weeks.
Ive made three similar cards for Halloween for Joey and his two friends, Joeys I used the twisted card fold, the second two I cut the shape but didnt use the fold.

I finally got to make cards today. I did one birthday card and 3 Christmas cards so far in between washing clothes. Still have the sniffles but the sinus infection is clearing up nicely. I woke up to snow on the ground yesterday. Not much and it's gone today. But it's now wet enough so the allergies should start settling down.
