I can try to remember it, Sheri, but really all it was was a really good thick chicken stock, and then some very finely chopped onions softened in butter, thickened with flour and then half and half stock and milk added, plus a little finely chopped cooked chicken, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Remember, it was for someone getting over chemo and not able to eat; it wasn't much of a substantial soup at all, just light and nourishing!! These days I'm making more Thai/Vietnamese-style chicken soups
