All I can say is Wow reading through the posts what a wealth of information, some I've used myself but lots of new ideas to.
I have trained my boys, hubby, my mum and many friends to collect things for me, these include, the figure 8 plastic shapes off bras for buckles, using nail polish to change colour.
Nail polish for coloring brads paper clips, most things metal if needed.
They come home with boxes, envelopes, ribbons, charms, clean foil from chocs, single earrings, stuff off wedding tables of weddings they've been at and the list goes on...
