Default New Stampscapes videos (scenic stamping)

I love Stampscapes stamps, they create such wonderful scenes and are not all that hard to use, though there is a "trick" and "technique" to using these stamps.

Kevin Nakagawa has created TWO new videos on how to create scenes using his stamps. Both of the videos are on Youtube, here is the link to his channel.

These videos are very good and take the fear out of using his stamps. If you have wanted to try these stamps I highly recommend that you take the time to view both of these videos to get an idea of how the stamps interact with each other.

You are going to LOVE these videos! And guess what I am doing this weekend? : )

Wow! Those stamps and the way he uses them is awesome. You can be a landscape artist without picking up a paint brush or pencil. TFS

You are soooooooooooo right about that! Yes, there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of these stamps you can do so much with them. I use them all the time and people love the cards I make with these scenes.

Lots of people think these stamps are hard to use, but the really are not : ) Just takes some practice (as with many things.)

Thanks for sharing the link! I was always intimidated when saw cards made using Stampscapes but he makes it sound so simple! Is there a coloring video too? I would love to see good and easy ways to color them!

No coloring video yet, but I am sure he will post one soon. It really is easy to use his stamps, you just have to get them and then practice on copy paper for a bit.....the glossy cardstock is a must when using his stamps for the final product.

Try them...you will end up as addicted as I am : )

I have actually been fortunate enough to have taken a class with Kevin. It was at a local stamp store about five years ago. There were only about fifteen people in the class and I loved it. I will look at the videos tomorrow. Thanks for posting them.

Very good timing -- I'm ready to tackle some fall and winter scenes. I'm not big on coloring but Stampscapes make me look like I'm awesome at it! Scenic stamps are a nice way to change it up from my usual style.

Thanks SanJoseLady. I just watched the first video and got the old "Bob Ross" feeling - watching them create a piece of art in front of my eyes, making it look so easy, but knowing I could never make it anywhere nearly as nice as he did - but I'll try!

Thanks for the links, I've had his stamps for years and watching him taught me new ways to use them and I only watched one so far but plan to go through them all.

Thanks for thinking of us!
