What kind of paper is the Bazzill you ordered? Is it the same as the scrapping CS? It might not be a good paper for copies if it is.

Since you are just starting out and learning you might want inexpensive paper to start out with. The Hammermill (I think or it could be a diff brand) of 80lb paper you get at the office supply store works fine.
You don't want to use ink pads that are made with alcohol ink since copies are alcohol inks they will bleed or mix with the stamp ink. Don't use Staz-On ink pads either. The Memento Tuxedo Black is the one everyone agrees is the best with copies.
I would think a laser jet printer would work fine with copics. It uses toner not ink and is heat set in the printer. Not sure about inkjet printers. Just need to try it and see. Maybe heat set it first.

I have a regular Epson inkjet printer and it works just fine for my digi images and Copics and I don't have to heat set it or anything like that.
