Yes, so far. I hate to say too much cuz things change in a New York minute...we are hiring a new Dir of Nursing so she starts mid Oct. Overall, things are better. We went back to the old mgt company so I get paid holidays and more PTO time. So, very happy about that!
I might schedule my test a little later on instead of end of month. It is a certification to be basically in charge of the bldg should the Administrator be absent. I think I would have passed it last time if I had not had so much on my mind with all the nonsense going on. Plus I got sick during the test..not sure if I had mentioned that too. Maybe I will be more focused for it and relaxed. Thanks for asking..
