I have bought some at Estate sales, and have them in my bedroom. I don't know why they appeal to me so much, possible because they remind me of Aunt Evelyn. I didn't get the ones she had and of course they seemed so much more beautiful than the ones I have. But they were probably the same. Things look different to us when we are kids than they do when we grow up and see reality.
In a recent survey, the "end of youth" was considered 54 years old, on average, but that number moved up with the age of the respondents.
