Best Free Digital Program?

Hello All! I have been looking online for a free digi scrapbook program. There are several out there but I was wondering what would be the pros and cons of each one. I have an older Photoshop Elements program but find it just too cumbersome to use. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

Gimp has tons of tutorials, I don't use it but there are a lot people who do.

If you could upgrade to the latest version of PSE10. I'm really impressed with the functionality of the program.

I've heard Gimp is good, and you can also download Picasa for free.

Not sure if you found what you were looking for but Smile Box is a program that can be downloaded for free. I've never used it because I use Photoshop Elements so I can't recommend it but I've seen it being used and it appears simple enough.

I have a subscription for Smilebox, and it's basically a slideshow program. It has premade pages that you add your photos to and you can alter it a little (use more or less photos, a few formats) and you can print them out, but as far as I know, unless you use another program in conjunction with it, your own creativity is limited.

If you're looking to get photos scrapped using premade pages, it has some fun stuff, though.

i agree! it is the best software for digital scrapbooking, in my opinion. there are alot of great classes and tutorials out there that will have you scrapping in no time!!

this one is great by sande krieger
